4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (“Subscriptions”) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Price Changes:We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to Reverse Face. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Search results may contain third-party content subject to its own copyright and licensing terms.
6. Privacy & Biometric Data
Our collection and processing of personal data, including biometric identifiers, is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Biometric Data Notice. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies.
7. DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible through our Services infringes your copyright, please submit a notice under our DMCA Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERSE FACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reverse Face, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
