DMCA & Copyright Policy

Reverse Facerespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Services.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other specific location on the Site sufficient for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location at which the content appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Wilmington, Delaware and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may, in our sole discretion, limit access to the Services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
