Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Reverse Face. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund.

1. Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used any search credits during that period.

2. General Refund Eligibility

Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Service Outage: A material service failure prevented you from using the Services for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were billed more than once for the same period.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: A charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification).

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Search credits that have already been consumed.
  • Partial billing periods after a mid-cycle cancellation (your access continues until the end of the paid period).
  • Subscriptions where a substantial number of searches have been performed during the current billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@reverseface.com or visit our contact page.
  2. Include your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access to paid features until then. No prorated refund is issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
